A node is a single unit of memory — a fact, a preference, a document summary, a person, a concept. When your agent stores something, it becomes a node in your hypergraph.
Any retrieval operation: memory_recall, memory_find_related, memory_get_relationships, and similar read operations. Writes (memory_store, memory_update) do not count against your query limit.
On paid plans, you'll be charged overage at your tier's rate ($0.50/1K for Developer, $0.30/1K for Pro). On the free tier, requests are rate-limited once you hit the cap — no surprise charges.
